Richard H. “Rick” Cappo
Richard H. Cappo Construction, Inc. is a Baton Rouge-based firm that began operations in 1995. The company specializes in the development and construction of multi-family units throughout southern Louisiana. Rick Cappo has developed numerous condos, apartments, and subdivisions throughout his successful career and now brings his talents to develop Hidden Grove. Some of his previous projects include: The Park at Bluebonnet and Arlington Plantation. Rick’s most recent projects in the Baton Rouge, area include: Lakes at Bluebonnet, Shadowbrook Lakes, and Madison Park.
William N. “Nick” FaKouri
The FaKouri name has been a fixture in the Baton Rouge construction and real estate industry for over fifty years. Nick FaKouri, the youngest member of the family, is the principal behind Tower Capital Corporation, a Baton Rouge real estate development company, and one of the developers of Hidden Grove. Nick has been a successful entrepreneur in commercial and residential real estate since 1977. Some of his previous projects include: Cornerstone Subdivision in Baton Rouge and Phase 7 of Rock Creek Subdivision, Fairhope, Alabama. Nick’s most recent projects include: The Cottages at Southfork, Sportsman’s Park (anchored by Cabela’s), Zachary Commercial Park, and Audubon Point near Destin, Florida. Also, Nick is currently collaborating in building luxury beach-view homes in Watercolor, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
